Walkaline provides water filtration systems, alkaline water ionizers, instant water heaters, and related products and services. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All prices are displayed in the local currency of your selected store (Malaysian Ringgit for Malaysia, Indian Rupee for India). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless installment options are available and selected. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and local payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Opened or used products may be returned within 7 days if defective. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified in the product documentation. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
For products available on rental, the rental period begins on the delivery date. Monthly rental fees are due on the same date each month. Early termination may incur fees as specified in the rental agreement. Rented equipment remains the property of Walkaline.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or any systems or networks connected to it.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Walkaline or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Walkaline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia for purchases made through our Malaysia store, and the laws of India for purchases made through our India store.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
